Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns.
No refunds/exchanges/returns will be accepted nor granted with the exception of receiving the wrong product.

If you receive the wrong product, or are missing items, please reach out to us at badayezzbeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, as it is our truest intention to build trust with our customers.
Please email Your Name, Order #, Photo of Order Summary, and Photo of wrong/missing product from your receipt as proof of reason. Please fill the 'Subject' line with: Wrong/Missing Product
Missing Package
If you are notified that your package has been deemed delivered by the Carrier, but you have not physically received it, please contact your local postal facility as they may be able to help you track your package. Once the package is sent to the carrier service for delivery, it is no longer within the responsibility of Bad Ayezz Beauty.
Invalid Address Policy
As we are well aware mistakes do happen, if in any case the recipient’s address is deemed invalid, they will be notified via email. If there is no response within 48 hours, the package will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.
To ensure this does not happen, please make sure to complete all fields with the correct information. If the customer fails to do so, they are at risk of not receiving their package.
The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive their desired products.
Orders will be sent to the address provided at Checkout.
**Disclaimer: When placing an order with Bad Ayezz Beauty you are agreeing to our established policies. If a chargeback request is placed before reaching out to Bad Ayezz Beauty for any issues that can be resolved, this may forgo any chance of the customer receiving a Refund.**
